The Emmy award-winning Greg Gaston has been entertaining Mid-South sports fans since arriving in Memphis in December of 1995. In addition to his always-entertaining role as cohost of Middays with Greg & Eli, Greg has been seen on Memphis television screens for more than a decade.  He was the Sports Director and weeknight sports anchor for ABC 24/UPN 30 for 12 years before moving on in August of 2007. He now can be seen on Fox 13 in Memphis.  Greg came to Memphis from WMDT-TV in Salisbury, Maryland in 1985.

Through the years, Greg has complied an impressive list of honors and awards, including 16 Associated Press awards, as well as individual honors from the Radio/TV News Directors' Association (RTNDA).

Greg has been the television voice of the University of Memphis Tigers, providing play-by-play for both the football and basketball programs. In addition, Greg has also called professional tennis for TV Time Warner, professional boxing both regionally and nationally, and has served as a ring announcer for boxing matches throughout the area (including matches on the Lennox Lewis/Mike Tyson supercard).

Greg has been married since 1985 to the former Mary Termine. They have two children, Greg (19), a kicker for the University of Maryland, and Gina (14), a high school junior. The Gastons currently live in Cordova.

When Greg's not talking about sports, he's watching or playing sports. His passion is golf.
